Ezyvision Terms and Conditions of Supply
If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Ezyvision, we will re-send you your correct order and cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product back to us.
If you have incorrectly ordered contact lenses, firstly breathe a sigh of relief that you ordered them from Ezyvision! Because of our 365 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return them (or whatever’s left of the box) for either a full refund, or we can replace them with the correct lenses and it won’t cost you a cent!
Returns can be sent back within 365 days of your purchase.
The processing time for returns will be two working days fro when we receive your return.
