Any order and subsequent purchase of goods (as defined below) or services from Ezyvision shall be governed by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with Ezylens Limited trading as Ezyvision. This includes orders placed online or by email, phone, fax, post or by any other means. Ezyvision reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. Ezyvision takes no responsibility for any consequences if false, misleading or incorrect information is supplied to us.
All products are sold in good faith to the purchaser. By placing your order and using the products supplied, you agree that Ezyvision, its owners or employees will not be held liable should any problems occur as a result of using these products.
For all orders of contact lenses, you agree that you are only purchasing contact lenses for which you have been prescribed by your Eyecare Professional, and for which you have a valid prescription. Ezyvision reserves the right to request a copy of your prescription before supplying contact lenses.

You can return any product to us within 365 days from date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the product for a prompt and courteous full refund of your entire purchase price. No reason will be required other than that you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want you to be able to order contact lenses from us totally risk-free. If you’re not happy with your decision then neither are we. Just email us at email@example.com and we will immediately process you a refund and even organise the return of any products at our cost.

Most prices are cheaper through our online store. Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped. If paying by credit card, the transaction will occur at the time the order is placed
irrespective of when the products ordered are shipped. Where product must be ordered from our suppliers, this will result in the payment being made a few days before the product is received. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST)
We cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, Ezyvision will notify you of the error. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order. Ezyvision will appear on your cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
Delivery of orders placed via the website to a New Zealand address is $6.95 with a Saturday Delivery option of $12.90 available for Late Thursday and Friday orders.
A minimum order value of $90.00 including GST is required for orders paid for by Afterpay. If your order value is less than this amount, your payment will not be allowed using Afterpay and you will need to select another payment method.
A referral is deemed valid when the referred person places their first order and the awarding of Ezy-points to the referrer will occur at this point. The referrer and the referred person cannot purchase the same brand and prescription of contact lenses. This will invalidate the issuing of Ezy-points to the referrer and any bonus or compensation to the referred person. This condition is specifically remove the possibility of the referral system being used fraudulently.
We respect your privacy. That’s why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our
database, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process your request immediately.
If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Ezyvision, we will re-send you your correct order and cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product back to us. If you have incorrectly ordered contact lenses, firstly breathe a sigh of relief that you ordered them from Ezyvision! Because of our 365 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return them (or whatever’s left
of the box) for either a full refund, or we can replace them with the correct lenses and it won’t cost you a cent!
If you have a faulty product, email us at email@example.com You can get either a replacement lens sent (this is subject to our ability to obtain a replacement lens in your brand and prescription), or we can issue you with a credit to be held against a future order to the value of the faulty product. We do not provide cash refunds. You do not need to return the faulty product to us, and most importantly, you don’t need to feel bad about contacting us! These things happen.
Some promotions and giveaways are limited to one item or instance per customer. This includes when the same customer has multiple accounts. If an individual customer has multiple accounts, the promotional code will only be applicable for use on one account.
