Absolutely identical!

What happens if I have a faulty lens?
Let us know and we either replace the lens for free or refund you the value of that lens, whatever you prefer. You may not even need to return it to us!

Why are your prices cheaper?
We buy in bulk from wholesalers which gives us a more favourable buying price. Also by specialising in contact lenses we can reduce our margins by being more efficient.

Do they have the same warranty as when I get them from my optometrist?
It’s better! You have a 100% satisfaction warranty for 365 days on all products we sell. This means you can purchase the lenses, use them, and if you’re not happy with them for any reason, you can return them (or whatever’s left of them!) for a full money back refund. There’s no quibbles, no restocking fees – just good genuine customer service.

I feel disloyal to my optometrist if I buy my lenses from you.
We understand. They’re usually quite used to people buying optical products elsewhere these days. Just assure him/her you still follow their advice and that price means a lot to you. You could also quote convenience.

I feel embarrassed asking my optometrist for a copy of my prescription as he/she will know I’m getting my lenses from elsewhere.
The easiest way is to ring them and request they fax or email your prescription so you don’t have to physically pick it up. They are legally obliged to provide it to you. Any future eye tests, get a copy at the time.

What are the delivery options and how long does it take?
85% of all orders dispatch same day. If your order is unable to be dispatched within 24 hours, you will be advised of the delay. All delivery at is $6.95 and every item is traceable. We use CourierPost’s non-signature required services which means the item will always be delivered to the address even if no one is personally there to collect it. Designated Saturday delivery is available at $12.90 on Fridays.

I see you are charging $6.95 for delivery, is delivery no longer free?
We have now introduced a shipping cost, however we have also reduced the cost of most of our contact lenses so we believe we are still good value for money with all our lenses.
