We buy in bulk from multiple different wholesalers and for some brands we also parallel import them ourselves. This gives us a more favourable buying price which we can pass on to you. Also by specialising in contact lenses we can reduce our margins by being more efficient.

Do you still send free single lenses if my order can't ship immediately?

Yes we do, but only if the expected delivery time is later than the time we state for each product on our website. To see what the delivery time is for your lenses, find your brand and check the delivery time on the product page. Our delivery times do vary from brand to brand.

Do they have the same warranty as when I get them from my optometrist?

What are the delivery options and how long does it take?

90% of all orders dispatch same day. If your order is unable to be dispatched within 24 hours, you will be advised of the delay. We always use overnight couriers BUT this isn't guaranteed and sometimes it will be longer than this and, unfortunately not something we can control. Orders over $120 value qualify for free shipping otherwise shipping to urban addresses or PO Boxes is $6.95 and rural addresses is $9.95 Every item is traceable. We use NZ Post's non-signature required services which means the item will always be delivered to the address even if no one is personally there to collect it. PO Boxes can be used for delivery addresses. RD (rural) deliveries will take 2-3 days longer.

What is the latest I can place an order but still get next-day delivery?

If you place your order before 3.30pm and your lenses are in stock then you should definitely get your order delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the following day. If you want to be doubly sure that your lenses are in stock, we'll easily check this for you. Use our chat service for this.
Please note, although we always use overnight courier service, we cannot absolutely guarantee it will be overnight as it is not possible for us to manage our deliveries via our third party courier provider.

Orders over $120 value you get free shipping. Otherwise a $6.95 shipping charge will apply. Rural delivery is $9.95 regardless of order value.

What courier service do you use?

We use NZ Post for all deliveries. All deliveries are non-signature which means the courier will leave the parcel at your address even if there is no one home to personally receive it. You will get a tracking number for your shipment emailed to you when your order ships so you can track it yourself during transit.

How does your customer referral system work?

You can refer anyone who wears contact lenses to us and provided they don't already buy their contact lenses from us, you will get 500 Ezy-points for every referral! (a referral is only valid when the person referred places their first order, not when their details are submitted).
And one more very important point, the referrer (you) and the person referred cannot have the same brand and/or prescription details as each other. This is to remove the possibility of our referral system being used fraudulently.

How many promotional codes can I use on my order?

You can only ever redeem one promotional code per order. So if you are redeeming for example an Ezy-points code then you cannot also redeem a code for free product on the same order.
